GRC.com. It's a site about internet security that reads like this:

Many companies are already exploiting the fear of Internet intrusion by selling really bad solutions in the form of "intruder detectors" and "port monitors." I call these products "evil" because they make your computer more attractive and vulnerable to intruders ... and do NOTHING to protect you!

Emphasis his! I just checked back and it looks like he's gradually removing the comical bold, all-caps clauses from the site, but this screenshot is still kind of funny.

In its defense, Tom King had the following to say about GRC.com:

Here under the screenshot at the bottom there used to be a link to another site but I took the link down because the site at the other end had a big communist banner about 'e-patents' on it.
