Screen Edge Snapper

A background process that snaps the bevelled borders of windows near the edges of the screen so they are hidden offscreen like maximised windows.  Useful when you use "Tile Horizontally/Vertically".

Once the EXE is run, the process will only appear in Task Manager and has to be shut down there (be careful not to end up running multiple copies).  It polls the window positions every second so there may be a small delay.

> Try it now! - download and run the EXE file (Windows sometimes requires you to right click, 'Properties', 'Unblock' first).

Use 7-Zip to open .7z files, WinZip files (less compression) provided for compatibility.

Decompress to a directory and run the EXE file.
