I made this screensaver-type program to test out some equations for how translucent colours of various types combine when they are overlayed. The effects it generated were sometimes very nice to look at, so more recently (2002-Jan-08) I added a configuration file 'prefs.txt' so you can change resolution etc. and uploaded it here. Press Space to get a new pattern and Q or Escape to quit.
Modified it 2002-Jul-19: you can press S at any stage to save a BMP screenshot of what is currently on the screen in the program's install directory.
Modified it again 2020-Jul-30 upgrading to OpenGL shaders and adding animation.
